Queen Mary Dark Harbor Media Preview 2016

If you have been watching our Instagram or Facebook page, you will see that we are looking forward to the upcoming Halloween season. We are grateful to be invited to attend Queen Mary’s Dark Harbor Media Preview Night being held Thursday, September 29th. This year we decided to complete the chilling event with a hotel reservation as well!

Queen Mary Dark Harbor 2016

This event has become a yearly tradition for us each Halloween season. You can read about our experience at last year’s event here and 2014’s event here, and 2013, here.

What’s New This Year

  • Intrepid ~ Do you dare go back to where it all began? Meet the mastermind, the creator and now the protector of the Queen Mary. The Iron Master has returned to reclaim the precious vessel he built, fiercely guarding it from the antics of the freaks and ghouls. Follow his maddening journey… if you dare step aboard.

Of course, The Captain and the Dark Harbor Monsters will be returning along with the Iron Master!

The Captain

The Captain of the Grey Ghost has risen from the dark corners of The Queen Mary to reclaim Dark Harbor for the rightful spirits of the ship. He is the spirit of the most feared captain to serve aboard The Grey Ghost during WWII. He is the captain of Dark Harbor and all of the spirits who haunt it.

During his mortal life, he was dedicated to The Queen Mary. He would stop at nothing to protect his troops aboard The Grey Ghost. Now in his life after death, he is a strong spirit who will protect the ship and all of the rightful spirits aboard the ship and in the harbor at ANY cost – even if it means collecting more souls to serve in his army of spirits.
