Hotel Del Coronado Holidays

One of our favorite places to visit during the holidays is Hotel Del Coronado. Last year we were able to experience their brand new DELights experience which was beautiful to see. We sipped hot chocolate and watched the ice skaters in their famous outdoor skating rink by the sea. This holiday season they will have all of the favorites for their guests and visitors to experience this holiday season.

HOTEL DEL CORONADO HOLIDAYS 2016: A SEASON TO SPARKLE

This season celebrate the wonder and magic of the holidays as Hotel Del Coronado, America’s famous beachfront legend, ever-evolves into a winter wonderland of ice and lights, sparkles and snowflakes. With the return of the magnificent outdoor ice rink and DELights, this season The Del is celebrating all things shiny and bright. Hues of white, gold and silver metallics will adorn the property from the twinkling white lights on the historic Victorian building to the spectacular two-story lobby tree.

The tremendous DELights holiday experience in the Garden Patio brings merriment and cheer as guests and locals stroll through the magnificent Shops at The Del and end in a winter wonderland of illumination. A light show will project daily from the historic balconies onto a multi-faceted tree, surrounded by flickering icicles and snowy palms. Holiday favorites like house made gingerbread and cookies, mulled cider, hot cocoa and spiked coffee will be available for purchase around property, along with gifts like The Del’s annual ornament, the 24th in the coveted series. Join friends and family for lavish feasts, festive parties and holiday traditions all season long. A portion of proceeds of Holidays at The Del benefits the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of San Diego.
