On Friday, March 26th, we attended the sold out Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: Breakout Premiere Party at Disney California Adventure Park in Anaheim, California.
This exclusive premiere party admission was held from 7:00pm to 1:00pm and included: attraction access, heroic encounters, music, dancing, panel discussion, Super Hero Comic Academy, $15 food and beverage voucher, souvenir photos, snap-worthy one-night-only Disney PhotoPass backdrops, & collectible souvenirs.
There are six different experiences with the new ride. Each version has its own soundtrack and show scenes. I couldn’t help to compare this ride to the original Disney fan favorite Tower of Terror. One thing I noticed right away is that the drops did not seem as long as the original. That could either be the illusion of the ride mixed with the rock music playing and all of the stops to reveal a new scene or that the drops were actually shortened.
Who loves this Groot Cup?
As each party-goer left for the evening, we were given this collector’s tote bag filled with all of the above! Be sure to stop by and visit our Instagram to enter to win a little something we picked up for one of our lucky readers!
Giveaway time! Who wants this baby Groot? He hangs (clamps) onto your headphones cord. He was purchased last night, at the premiere of Guardians of the Galaxy ride, at Disney's California Adventure and we want to send him to a deserving home. To enter, to win: Just tell us (comment) what kind of music would be on your "Awesome Mix Tape". Official Rules: Only US Residents over the age of 18. Giveaway ends 6/3/2017 @ 11:59pm; California time, of course. 🙂 One winner will randomly be chosen. Void where prohibited by law. The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. Not sponsored by Facebook, Instagram, or Disney. Good Luck! #California #travel #Disneyland #disneylandresort #CaliforniaAdventure #Disney #Guardiansofthegalaxy #missionbreakout #groot #Iamgroot #giveaway #comic #Marvel
