CHILL® returns to The Queen Mary with an all-new experience December 13th and will be open until January 7, 2017. This is a perfect opportunity to get the family together during the holidays and enjoy a day and evening for fun and festive activities.
Update: December 21, 2017 ~ Amy and I were able to attend opening night as media guests and we were impressed with how much this event has changed from previous years. It was truly a brand new ice adventure perfect to celebrate the holidays with holiday fun. There were ice skating trails, ziplining, sledding, ice bumper boats, ice tricycles and so much more. We encourage families to visit and make new holiday memories.
WHAT IS CHILL®?
CHILL® is The Queen Mary’s annual frozen holiday family fun event. This year’s theme is “Embark on an International Holiday Expedition”, featuring the United States’ first-ever Ice Adventure Park and a touching tribute to cultural traditions from around the world showcasing a global sampling of food, music and live entertainment perfect for the holidays.
CHILL® also features a rush of family fun this winter at their 38,000-square foot Ice Adventure Park featuring Ice Skating and Ice Track, Ice Bumper Cars, Ice Tricycles, a Zip Line, Ice Shuffleboard, a two-story, 140-foot-long Ice Tubing slide and so much more!
Visitors can stroll through China’s Forbidden City, Germany’s Munich Market, Holland’s Windmill Way, Switzerland’s Alpine Square, Russia’s Blizzard Boulevard, and America’s North Pole. The holiday fun is endless: Take a spin on the Shanghai Speedway, make a Christmas wish at the Gnomes Wishing Well, take a ride on the Giant Rocking Horse or take a slide down the side of Matterhorn Mountain.
