Last weekend we went to the San Diego Zoo Safari Park with the Low Family.
We arrived at 9 a.m. and walked around the park near the lorikeets. We wanted to make sure that we were in line to go in when they opened the nectar stand. From past experience at the park, we knew that they get full fast and we wanted the little ones to experience feeding the birds.
He looks so proud of himself.
Yvie is carefully watching over her brother.
One bird, two bird, three bird, four bird and five bird.
Yvie wasn’t so sure about being so close.
Baby Man Anson isn’t so sure about what is on his mom’s head.
Landis didn’t think that there was any way that his dad would be able to fit in the nest.
He was surprised when not only did his dad fit but so did his sister.
He’s wondering how far he can throw this ball.
Or maybe they are just flirting with one another.
This giraffe is just enjoying the California sun.
No wonder there aren’t any leaves on the bottom branch.
Do you see the balloon? That is part of the San Diego Zoo Safari Park.
Timons are also at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park!
There are fun places for photo ops throughout the park.
The lion is just resting in the shade of the car.
Yvie & Landis are just hanging around.
I think Baby Anson had a great time at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park.
Isn’t he precious even though he is making a funny face?
Hope you enjoyed peeking in and seeing the Lows’ day at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park.
Have you ever been there before?
If you have written about your day at the park, please leave a link to your post in the comment section. We would love to stop by and say hi!

Love the SD Safari Park, but I am terrified of birds, especially lorikeets! Looks like your little ones were much braver than me!

The lorikeet’s are Amy’s favorite part of the entire park! She was thrilled to see her nephew’s family enjoy them too!
